My Story
I earned my real estate license in August 2003. Since then, I've helped hundreds of families across the South Atlanta metro find their place — from first-time buyers stretching to make the numbers work, to seasoned investors building generational wealth, to families saying goodbye to a home they raised their children in.
I hold an Associate Broker license — a credential that means I've gone beyond the standard requirements to deepen my knowledge of contracts, market analysis, and client advocacy. I've operated under Maximum One Realtor Partners, one of the largest independently-owned brokerages in Georgia, which gives me the resources of a large firm with the personal touch of a neighborhood agent.
My territory spans eight counties: Fayette, Henry, Clayton, Fulton, Coweta, Spalding, Pike, and Meriwether. I don't just sell homes in these communities — I know them. I know which neighborhoods are appreciating, which school districts families are targeting, where the new development is happening, and where the hidden gems are.
The 2008 crash was the hardest stretch I've seen in this business. I watched people lose equity they'd spent years building, and I made sure my clients didn't. That shaped how I work. Bidding wars, high rates, whatever the cycle brings, I've been through it and I know how to move in it.
But the thing I'm most proud of? The phone calls I still get from clients I helped 15 years ago. They call me to help their daughter buy her first place, or their parents downsize, or a friend who just moved to Atlanta.
That trust is everything to me. And I work to earn it every single day.
